You can own, operate and manage your own vending machines at your desired locations as CraveBox Franchisees!  There are a few things to consider when starting out as a Vending Machine owner, but fret not! We are here to guide you through the process all the way through.

Location

​

First thing to prioritize is the location the machine is to be installed. It is crucial to find the right spot and there are a few things to look out for when selecting the ideal location.

The Ideal spots include hospitals, railway stations, malls, college campuses etc.

 

Machine Selection and Booking

Choose the appropriate machine that fits the needs of the location you have in mind. You may select from the wide range of machines we have to offer. Once you are happy with your selection, secure your booking with an advance payment of 50-70% upfront. Then proceed with the Planogram, which is customizing machine trays and coils. Assembling will begin once the Planogram is set.

Payment Gateway Onboarding

​

Once the machine begins its operation, you will need a way to handle its daily sales and transactions. For this, it is recommended to open a Current Account with a bank of your choosing. Once this is set up, you may submit the required forms for Payment Gateway onboarding when the machine is ready. The Major gateways are PayTM and phonePe. This ensures daily sales amounts are directly deposited into your account.

 

Transportation

You will be notified once machine assembly is completed. You will need to arrange for transportation to the installation location. Our team will assist you with contacts for transportation should you require them, and they will handle the secure transport and delivery of the machine to its destination.

 

Branding and Vinyl Application

​

Our team will provide assistance with branding, from logo creation to designing the desired appearance of your machine. Each stage will be reviewed before finalization. After Vinyl UV printing, hire a professional for seamless application on the machine.

Product Purchase and Storage

​

Once delivered, the machine will need to be filled up with products. With 50+ varieties and up to 500 individual units, this would cost an estimate 8-12k, depending on your choice of products. Our team can provide a wide range of brands and products with competitive margins all throughout the state with our affiliate distributors delivering directly to your provided address anywhere in Kerala. While we advise to use branded products in the machine, you are free to sell your own products in your machine at your own risk. 

The Machines will have to be refilled regularly depending on the rate of sales. Having a space to store the products close by will prove convenient for receiving deliveries and for ease of refilling.

Testing and Launch

​

We will assist you with the installation remotely and provide you with the passkey to start testing the machine. The location must be having an uninterrupted power supply and internet connection (Wifi, ethernet etc). After this, a thorough testing of the machine is done for all the coils and slots to make sure everything is working properly without any errors.

If you opted for software support, you can access it through your email/mobile number and manage the products and prices in the machine.

After testing and ensuring the machine works well, start the business. Stay around initially until customers are accustomed to the self-service.

Training 

​

Our team will provide training remotely to the staff or representative who will be managing the machine regarding its maintenance, refilling, cleaning, product management and good practices as well as pitfalls to avoid for the smooth and seamless operation of the machines.
